If the User is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of 15 calendar days to return the product without any penalty and without needing to state reasons, although they must cover the cost of returning the order to Bobby and Poppy's warehouse.

All shipping costs (including customs costs if applicable) must be fully covered by the customer, who must also ensure there are no additional costs when the package is delivered to our warehouses. Any incidents or payment requests from the logistics company at destination will be rejected and the package will be returned to its origin. To formalize the return, you must first contact Bobby and Poppy at info@bobbyandpoppy.com

Upon receiving this communication, Bobby and Poppy will indicate how to ship the order to our warehouses. The order must be unused and with all its tags, packaging and -where applicable- original documentation and accessory elements that came with it.
Once the product is received and we verify that its condition is adequate, we will proceed with the refund of the amount for the purchased products.
