How do size/model exchanges work?

The customer will cover the shipping costs for size or model exchanges.
If your purchase included multiple products and you need to make several size exchanges, you must do them all at once, so please make sure you're satisfied with the size of the products you're not returning.

In any case, products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Therefore, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid problems during transport. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we verify that the item(s), as well as any possible components, accessories, promotional gifts, and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange.

You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a size/model exchange.

How can I make a return and get a refund?

If the User is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of 15 calendar days to return the product without any penalty and without needing to state reasons, although they must cover the cost of returning the order to Bobby and Poppy's warehouse.

All shipping costs (including customs costs if applicable) must be fully covered by the customer, who must also ensure there are no additional costs when the package is delivered to our warehouses. Any incidents or payment requests from the logistics company at destination will be rejected and the package will be returned to its origin.
To formalize the return, you must first contact Bobby and Poppy at info@bobbyandpoppy.com

Upon receiving this communication, Bobby and Poppy will indicate how to ship the order to our warehouses. The order must be unused and with all its tags, packaging and -where applicable- original documentation and accessory elements that came with it.
Once the product is received and we verify that its condition is adequate, we will proceed with the refund of the amount for the purchased products.

What if the product I want to exchange has a higher or lower price than the one I want to get?

If there is a price difference in your favor, we will refund it using the same payment method you used when placing the order, as soon as we receive the product you returned at our facilities. If there is a price difference in our favor, you will need to pay us this price difference before we make the exchange.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been sent to the courier, you will receive a link. Through this link you can see your updated shipping status.
The link will arrive and be activated approximately 24 business hours after placing the order.

Can I change the details once I've placed the order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.
Please notify us of the data change as soon as possible by email at info@bobbyandpoppy.com and we will do everything possible to change your details before handing the package to the courier.

All Bobby and Poppy items are unisex.
